You only get a 30 minute lunch, sometimes you're not guaranteed a lunch. They mandate you to come in on your off days or you'll be written up. There isn't much flexibility. They will punish the majority for things only a few people get in trouble for.

Some supervisors are rude and disrespectful, they don't have people skills. Many officers have low morale here and management refuses to take a look at self to see what they can do to help.
